We utilized aluminum framework and notched each piece to conform to the existing posts for a streamlined look. This installation included two doors, but kept the rear exposure open and symetrical. In a screened patio, unlike in a house, doors actually add more material into your field of view. So placing them to the sides and closer to the rear of the home, if possible, can allow the visual focus of the room to remain as open and symetrical as possible.
