In fact, our Energy Star approved composite insulated aluminum roof system takes all the elements of a house ceiling, attic, and roof and sandwiches and compresses them down to mere inches. This enables installations otherwise impossible or cost ineffective utilizing conventional construction techniques.
At the center of it all, is the compressed polystyrene insulation. Although many companies sell and install the industry standard 1# density, All Custom Aluminum utilizes a composite panel with a full 50% more density per square foot. Its a difference you can feel, and see in the quality of the panels themselves. The core is covered with a contiuous sheet of embossed and finished aluminum top and bottom to create a load bearing, walkable composite capable of withstanding even hurricane force wind loads.
Aside from the roof system, be concerned about fabrication. All Custom Aluminum begins this process with our laser assisted layout, to assure accuracy and precision in our measurements. We then design and fabricate your job utilizing internal screw "bosses". These bosses, present in all aluminum cross member patio extrusions, are put there by the manufacturer to enable most of the connections to be hidden from view, making a cleaner, more produced job. This method of fabrication also has the benefit of producing stronger connections capable of spanning longer distances.
